I led the agency's Health area, guiding multidisciplinary teams of up to 40 people on strategic projects for clients in the sector. My role combined squad management, financial planning, client relations, and leading integrated communication and marketing initiatives.

With a focus on new business and sales, I developed proposals, created upselling opportunities, and conducted B2B prospecting. In project management and customer service, I worked on 360º campaigns, events, activations, and relationship building with KOLs, DOLs, celebrities, and suppliers.

I was also previously responsible at the same company for planning and content, from strategy to deployment: social media, email marketing, websites, always-on and launch campaigns, as well as corporate and creative materials in health, entertainment, and business. These results are what allowed me to grow within the company, and it was an incredible and fulfilling journey!
