Trade and Digital
I worked at a Trade Marketing agency, initially responsible for reviewing digital strategies, processes, KPIs, and reports, directing content based on data and insights. I worked alongside creative, sales, and customer service teams to optimize scope and deliver better solutions to clients.
Later, I was appointed to the Bourbon Hotéis e Resorts account, in addition to working at Canon College, Ninho Social, and Projeto Lavanderia, handling deliveries, approvals, and stakeholder relations. I also supported strategic planning, including competitor analysis, research, target/shopper scenarios, and campaign deployment across digital and offline channels.
I've participated in special projects with brands such as Mattel, Unilever, and Grupo Petrópolis (Itaipava, TNT, Black Princess, Petra), combining digital strategy, POS activations, and omnichannel campaigns. I've also contributed to new business development by developing digital media and trade marketing proposals.
